I am going to serve a full-time 18 month mission for
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Málaga, Spain. I am going so I can tell people about their Savior, Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon.
It will be the greatest sacrifice I have ever made...
and I can't wait :)

she is pretty.

we like to do fun things together. some of them very normal...others...not so much.

basically, we love our lives.

it pains me to leave such an awesome friend

rachel really is the best friend i have ever had :) we have so much fun together. i love me some casey-rachel time. i don't know what i would have done without her through the last 5ish years of my life. she is freakin hilarious and makes me laugh all the time. plus, we are friends no matter what else happens. forever. that is the best. i'm grateful for a friend who is such a good example to me. she has a strong testimony that amazes me and is always ready and willing to serve anyone at any moment. i'm going to miss her so much. she makes me happy and i love her sooooo much.
so so so much.

sister jones was kind enough to let me be her subject a couple weeks ago. she is super talented and awesome. I was lucky to have the opportunity! plus, it was a lot of fun and it's good for me to be on the other side of the camera sometimes...although i like being behind it more :)

a day at the museum

"grandma" and i went with my little nephews to the lied children's museum last week

it was their special trip for saving coins in a jar we have

  

i'm pretty sure very few things are more fun to four and three year old boys than running around touching whatever they want

or spending the day with a fruit-by-the-foot in your pocket

 

they are really cute :)

so...i hate to be redundant of every post i've ever made....
but i love my roommates.

my roommate juliette's birthday is on march 16th.

it's a big day

last year, i was ambitious enough to want to make her a video for her birthday

but not ambitious enough to follow through...the usual.

i didn't bother making a blooper reel or
making it look really cool....cause it's just all there :)

watching this makes me miss those girls real bad

one week

until i am officially a missionary.
boy, does the time fly.

but...just between you and me, i'm really excited
and nervous, too.

mainly, i'm going to miss my family. a lot.
